Robinson Fine Homes will build and market approximately 10 acres
at 131st Terrace and Nall in Overland Park, Kansas. The plan
calls for 23 single family homesites. The developer/builder
will create an upscale community targeted toward couples, families
and singles desiring ranch-style living with some services offered.

area will include entry monuments, wrought iron fencing

all lawns, extensive landscaping, ornamental lighting and

in all area of development and construction, and a professional
design review committee will approve all home designs.
Services to residents will include
full maintenance of all lawns, common area landscaping, and
irrigation systems, gas entry lighting, security systems,
snow removal, ice control and trash pickup. Monthly dues will
also include common area utilities, insurance, taxes and replacement
and maintenance reserves for all common area amenities.

development’s location is excellent – a prestigious
Overland Park address north of 135th Street, close to neighborhood
service shopping as well as the unique specialty shops at
Hawthorne and Town Center Plazas. The location is minutes
from the College Boulevard office corridor and only two miles
