Exteriors:
All homes will be subject to design and landscape approval by a professional review committee. Approved building materials for all structures will include masonry (stone, brick or stucco) siding materials (with not more than 12 inches of exposed concrete foundation allowed above grade) wood trim, wood, slate, tile or composite roofs, brick-lined sidewalks and stoops. The review committee will develop exterior color palette alternatives. All fencing by homeowners will be wrought iron.

Homes Association dues are currently estimated at $174 per month to include:
Site utilities, insurance, taxes, and replacement reserves for structures and systems. Community use restrictions will be developed and recorded as a part of the permanent homes association documents.
